Requirements
- One application form duly completed
- A passport or recognized travel document(plus photocopy) valid for at least three months after return journey
- One recent passport size photograph
- Kenyan ID card(original + photocopy)
- Bank statements- for the last six (6) at time of application. Certified copies are not acceptable
- Salary slips /voucher for the last six months
- Copy of employment contract with employer
- Letter from employer on original company’s letterhead
- For minors a letter from parent/custodians and copy of parents/custodians passports
- Letter from school and proof of study results
- Supporting documents concerning the accommodation during the trip, such as:
- A formal invitation in the case of a business trip
- A legalized sponsorship form, certified copy of ID, pay slips for the last 3 months, and family composition in the case of a private visit(KES 920 to certify as true copy)
- A notification and proof of enrolment for attendance of workshops, seminar, conferences, sporting event…..
- Hotel prepaid voucher
- All invitation should be faxed directly from Belgium to the embassy on fax: 523050)
- Confirmed airline reservation
- Confirmed hotel reservation/voucher
- Pin certificate and registration act of company/business
- Visa fee: short stay 6360/- for long stay 19,080/-
All documents will be verified for genuine
Copies of all original documents to be presented.
Note: if visa approved, the airline ticket must be produced on collection of passport.
