- Valid original Passport
- Photocopies of passport relevant pages
- One (1) application form duly completed u0026amp; signed
- One (1) recent passport size photo for visa application ; 35 mm x 45 mm colored borderless photo for passport renewal
- An Airline’s print out on a return air ticket or a confirmed hotel reservation from Nepal, for Tourist purposes
- Signed letter from Employer stating purpose of travelling
- Signed invitation letter or formal notification from Company / Workshop / Seminar / Conference explaining purpose of visit u0026amp; addresses in Nepal, indicating who is going to pay for the expenses / accommodation
- Proof of sufficient funds or evidence of maintenance in host country
- Consulate requires 1 weeks to process Visa if approved and subject to paying all fees in advance, which is NON-REFUNDABLE
- Single Entry Visa US$ 40.00 for 15 days ; US $ 60 for 30 days ; US $ 125 for 180 days
- There is no legal right to a visa. A visa is not a guarantee to enter Nepal. The final approval remains the competence of the Immigration Office at the border of Nepal.
