- Fully completed and signed form
- 2 passport size photos
- Yellow fever certificate
- Kenyan passport holders do not need a visa
Pakistan Passport Holders
- Completed and signed form
- Company letter
- 2 passport size photos
- Yellow fever certificate
- Take one day to process
Saudi Arabia Passport Holders
- Two passport photos
- Letter from Company
- Completed and signed form
American Passport Holders
- Completed and signed form
- 2 passport photos
- American passport holders(non-resident can get visa on arrival)
Canadian / Italian / India and Brazil Passport Holders
- 2 passport photos
- Application form fully filled
- Passport
